RETURNS & REFUNDS

While we hope you are always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return goods for whatever reason.

Before returning any goods, please contact us at nigel@arnolds-electrical.com. A returns form will then be sent, simply complete the form and include it in the packaging when returning your order.

All goods must be returned within 10 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Any goods received after this time are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Goods must not have been installed, used or modified in any way and must be returned complete with any bulbs or parts supplied with it. You cannot return an item if you’ve used it.

All returned goods must be properly repackaged in its original packaging/box and in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a refund where the goods are in an incomplete state.

You are responsible for the cost of postage or shipping when returning goods. We recommend that you use an insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.

We will refund the price of the goods once it has been received and inspected by us. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be issued.

We cannot be responsible for any interest charged by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be debited to your card.

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

FAULTY ITEMS

Upon delivery of your order, please check your goods thoroughly. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any damages or faults. We regret that after this time we cannot accept any claims that are made.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, providing that the above condition is met. We will pay for return postage of damaged or faulty goods.

Broken glasses or missing parts do not class as faulty and replacement parts will be sent. When faulty goods are returned, we require a reasonable amount of time to test any possible fault before agreeing to a replacement or refund.

We will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer. For example, electricians fees, loss of earnings etc.
